Called twice in a row... rings and rings and rings. Then to a silent pickup or hold with no one speaking at all. Nice.
Now I've spoken with our mail carrier who delivers daily and he said it wouldn't bother him at all but to contact the Mauldin post office... I'd like a response back!
Considering my street name address is different than my neighbors so seems odd to share a mailbox post...
Very RUDE people. If you don't like your job, just leave it. Don't take it out on the customers.
1 month ago I physically went in and gave my name, address, phone number, and my plans for relocating a shared mailbox post with 2 mailboxes between my neighbor & myself. (We want to put our mailbox by our driveway(current location) and move their mailbox by their driveway) to a postal employee who told me to write all of this down and she said she would give it to her supervisor... haven't heard anything in a month and so...my new mailbox continues to sit in my dining room.
Come here often. Employees are always nice and friendly. I agree with the others that it can take some time to get what you need but I don't think it's because they're being slow, more that the process takes longer than expected
