Slow. Moved to another pharmacy.
I'm never compelled to write a review, but the entire staff at Publix Pharmacy in Mauldin consistently goes above and beyond what a typical pharmacy would do to make sure their customers get the medications they need when they need it. And unlike what you'll find at other pharmacies, they really take their time to compassionately listen to their customers' problems and needs. They also go to extraordinary lengths to keep their customers safe, calling doctors out on potentially dangerous drug interactions they may have missed. Their patience and efficiency with coordinating prescription orders with doctor's offices (which are notoriously difficult to deal with during a busy day) is second to none. The rapport they build with each and every one of their customers is truly exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve, Sherrill, and the rest of the amazing crew at Publix Pharmacy in Mauldin. You simply will not get this type of service with any local (or God forbid, mail-order) pharmacy. Thank you all so much for doing what you do to keep Mauldin healthy and happy!
