I don't know what these bad reviews are doing on here unless they've improved recently. Good food, good service, fast.
Pizza Hut food is good and this location is efficient. But the staff is consistently rude for no reason. The low review reflects how the staff makes me feel.
Lacks customer service. From phone etiquette to in person carry out. Doesnt seem to be managed well. Better off going to Little Caesars down the street. They are friendly and seem to appreciate your business more.
Ordered online from this location that is about a mile from my hotel. It didn't tell me until after I paid that it was going to be more than 2 hours for delivery!!! When I called them to see if the time was accurate they were so rude that I ended up cancelling my order!! They didn't seem to care at all and blew me off!! I travel a LOT and have never been treated so badly from a Pizza Hut!!
This is the absolute worst pizza hut I have ever been in, no it is the work restaurant I have ever been in. I have been in at this location 3 times and got horrible customer service. We waited over am hour for 2 pizzas and when we question the manager he told us online orders that were put in came first. But we were the only people in the dining area. To night I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and when I got home discovered the pizza was not how I ordered it and called in the man told me because I ordered online there was nothing he could do....but I lookes over my oder and it was correct. Why is it that you can not fix it obviously who ever made the pizza could not read!!!!!!! I will never go back . Little Caesar has my business before I go back there..
