Soo much easier than Wal Mart
Went in the store and the place has layaway on everything. I bring a washer and dryer to layaway that has a layaway sticker on it and they say they can't do layaway because it is on clearance. Manager said it is policy. I asked if it's policy than why did they falsely advertise layaway on the item. She said it's not a debate, took off the sticker and walked away. I love the false advertisement and customer service. This is one example of what is wrong with the world. You make a mistake, you own up to it. Not tuck tail and run.
Medicine aisles are basically empty. Baby formula aisle basically empty. Plenty of clothing options if you like the Pittsburgh Steelers. I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan. The service at the register was standard, not terrible, not great. I did not see any sales associates on the floor. I think I got followed around by security because some guy with a walkie talkie followed me around the store the entire time I was searching for stuff but never asked if I needed help. Which by the way I could've used since I went in there with a very sick baby girl in tow, looking to buy medicines and supplies for her and finding bare shelves instead. I usually go to Target, and I reckon that's where I'll go from now on. Kmart used to be so much better. It's sad to see how far downhill they've gone as a company.

IT WAS GREAT, HAD TO PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT CAUSE I GOT STOPPED BY THE POPO!!!! 2 TKTS & WARNING, STICKER NOT/TAG, HAVE INS BUT DIDN'T HAVE CURRENT CARD. IT WAS MAULDIN, VERY NICE THO. THAT KMART IS NICE, IT'S BEEN THERE LONG X,BUT I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR!!
