Efficient check-out and drop-off was easy. Agent was very professional, vehicle was clean and ready to go. Great price and even received a vehicle upgrade. Will definitely use again in the future!

Very friendly and efficient. Sometimes they are out of full size cars but if they are, they always offer a free upgrade. I have never had any problems reserving or returning a car. If I return after closing, the billing is reflected accurately and in my email the next morning. The cars are clean and run well. Sometimes they could use a minor alignment. The pricing is competitive, they offer frequent "buyer" rewards and offer other discounts such as AAA and AARRP (I think), always ask for details.
Despite being a Gold member and having rented numerous times from Enterprise in the past year, the Nissan Rogue that was issued to me for a one day rental had 21,000 miles, was way out of alignment. The right rear seat visibly shook driving on the highway. The change oil and oil filter light continuously came on as well as maintenance needed. I would not recommend this location.
Tom the branch manager is and the assistant manager Jarvis are always very nice and very welcoming as soon as u enter the establishment make you actually feel at home and comfortable renting the vehicle you choose they make sure cars are clean and to your liking and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience even if you came in sad having to deal with insurance claim good genuine people like that are hard to find now days in big corporate business and it means a lot to a person that’s having a bad day or just need a car for personal or business use I recommend useing this branch because they go the extra mile A good leader will always have good people behind them keep good work up Tom always a pleasure.
