I go by here once a week. One time the coffee was "off" in flavor (I add mocha swirl) and the staff corrected it and was apologetic . They were super nice and pleasant. I continue to go and enjoy my coffee
Well. First off the employees are very nice and helpful....The mocha latte was good but the donuts were stale or hard as rocks and they didn't make the sandwich I asked for right....
It seems like everytime I go through the drive thru the same blonde lady hands me my order of donuts and the donuts are mashed into the bag and the frosting peels off the donut and sticks to the bag. The donuts are ruined by the time I get them. They really need to invest in single serving donut boxes instead of dumping them in a paper bag and calling it a day.
This is my second not so great experience at this location, won't be going back. Same staff both occasions. The first time, the woman in line in front of me was going off the rails because they had screwed her order up so many times. The same thing would have happened to me if I didn't watch them and correct everything they were doing. Second time, the cashier stared into space, didn't move the line along, and when he finally did (I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order), it was more of the same. Paid for 50 munchkins and got 39. I'm not going to sweat a couple here or there, but this is an example of the incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and poor service you can count on from this location. I hope the owner of this location (who never seems to be there) is reading this and can check in once in a blue moon on the space cadets that are working here.
Average for the chain. Not the best donuts (made offsite, well in advance and you can tell). Good bagel breakfast sandwiches.
