If I could give theme a negative rating I would, my father was his clients for several years,and after so many issues with late fees and penalties he finally decided to change accountant and they are trying to get it straight.
He has paid more than 5K in penalties since the personal here does not take the time to explain their clients the process that comes with converting a sole proprietorship into a corporation and then blames the clients because they don't do what they are getting paid to do.
